• Points are awarded based on actual player performance in real games

• Contest results are final once officially determined
• We reserve the right to cancel or void contests in case of technical issues

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Use automated tools or bots to create lineups
• Collude with other users or share account access
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to manipulate contest outcomes
• Reverse engineer or compromise Platform security

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fantasy Key Choice and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Fair Play Policy

We are committed to maintaining a fair and competitive environment. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify:

• Collusion between users
• Use of automated lineup generation tools
• Multiple account abuse
• Other forms of cheating or unfair play

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

• Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues
• Internet connectivity problems
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Third-party service interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability
